About Hillary
Hillary Dunlop Schmid graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and earned her Master's degree in Elementary Education at Rosemont College. She taught for eleven years in special education working with children with Autism, and is an advocate for children with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). Hillary is mother to twin sisters, Avery and Zane and wife to Keith. Since the loss of her daughter Zane, Hillary has made it her mission to raise awareness for SMA, and is a part of fundraising efforts to help find a cure for the disease. She resides in Malvern, PA.
